Experienced Certified Consultants will be at your premises to solve the case. For Attica area there is a 2 hours minimum charge. For the rest of Greece the min charge is 1 day.

Furthermore, for your complex support needs DatAction undertakes Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with particular response and resolution time commitments.
